In order to introduce the P84 trays in the market it was necessary to develop machines to erect the trays. Since the very beginning, our experts worked very closely together with the different machine manufacturers that assemble our machines. This close link to the machine construction has given our experts a full in-depth understanding of the machines and the ppossible problems that might occur erecting boxes. Over, the years we have established over 600 tray erecting machines in the Spanish market and several hundreds in various other countries.
 

Our machines have been developed in-house and are the results of a constant improvement process. we adapt our machines to the local environment of the site for which the machine is destined and therefore offer different options:

• Adjusted to electrical system of the installation site.
• Integrated compressor
• Protected PLC (dust and heat)
• SAI protection in case of alteration of tension.
• Stacker in different heights
• Various chassis options
• Transport protection for screen and buttons.

All our open tray designs can be erected with the machines through different kits which can be delivered either with the machine or at a later day. Our machines fulfil the CE norms and are equipped with security devices in order to avoid accidents.
